Out of Left Field Thought for the Day

It's referred to as a Duck-Billed Platypus. Are there Goose-Billed Platypus somewhere? Or are their Platypodes* that lack bills? They'd look a little like beavers, except for the whole monotreme reproductive system.

* That's the word; I had this discussion last week.
